How do I Claim Warranty / Return or Exchange?
You can claim warranty, return or an exchange by contacting us using the “contact us” form or by mailing us at care@harrisclocks.com. You may also WhatsApp your concern at +91 7347348844
How do I Claim Warranty for products purchased from other online marketplace or offline
• For products purchased from other online marketplace such as Amazon or Flipkart
use Contact Us form or whatsapp on 7347348844
• For products purchased from traditional offline stores visit the same store with invoice or a
proof of purchase.
What items are Under Warranty?
All our clocks carry a warranty of 1 year.
You can claim warranty for your items within One Year of receipt of your shipment.
• The product must not have been physically damaged.
• Proof of Purchase such as Invoice or Order Id should be available.
How do I return the delivered product?
You may return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment, under certain circumstances. For this, you must first contact us via email or other mentioned methods. After which you must make sure that :
• The product must be in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Arrange for a return shipment at the address provided to you when your return has been
approved.
• After the receipt of the return shipment, we shall refund the amount to you within 1 day.
